I hate feeling bloated

Hello!

Today I'm officially starting THE blog thing. I think it will be good for me to have somewhere to write my thoughts. Never was good at keeping a journal. Maybe this will be different. The thing that is on my mind right now is how much I hate feeling bloated. When the jeans feel just a bit tighter than normal. I'm trying to eat healthy and everyday I say, "ok, I'll start tomorrow." I started out good today eating an apple and then a pear, (can't go wrong eating fruit right?) Then I saw the box of Banana nut cheerios and chowed down on them, eating literally half the box. My thoughts are now, "must do good the rest of the day". Well, that's it for now....
